In an age of low-cost, imported crab substitutes, many have never tried a crab cake like Angelina’s. We use all jumbo-lump meat and very little filler as a matter of course. But more importantly, we still insist on 100% domestic blue crab from US waters– a standard almost unheard of in today’s market. Our products are hand-made in small batches just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Seafood lovers know the difference, and first-time customers discover what a Maryland crab cake is meant to be!

Our Story

We do our best to uphold the standards and quality that made Angelina’s famous in Baltimore since the 1950’s. We would hopefully still make Miss Angelina proud today!

Angelina's of Maryland was formed in 2005 for the purpose of carrying on a tradition. Under the guidance of several generations of previous owners, and with the future of one of Baltimore's most famous restaurants uncertain, we worked hard to learn and preserve the recipe, techniques and ingredients that made the Angelina's crab cake a Maryland institution for decades.

Our crab cakes are hand-made in small batches on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay, and shipped to seafood lovers nationwide.
